- Strong design experience and technical knowledge
- SQL Server knowledge
- Ability to ramp up quickly on existing complex applications and recommend and drive improvements at architectural/code level.
- Work with Customer and define Solutions
- Communicate solutions with team and guide them
- Communicate the solutions to team by assigning smaller requirements for team to develop.
