REQUIRED TECHNICALSKILLS:

• Provide SAP technical expertise in SAP Portal 7.31


• Expert knowledge of SAP Portal administration


• Expertise to deploy custom application & third party application in Portal environment.


• Deep understanding of Single sign on concept with Portal to backend systems and with third party applications.


• SSL configuration, Understanding of SSL client and Server PSEs.


• Deep understanding of secured communication external to corporate network


• Expertise in configuration of Web dispatcher (single & multi backend systems)


• Understanding of Reverse proxy & Session Throttling concept for SAP ABAP & Java applications


• General Understanding of vulnerability scan in terms of external communication


• Hardware & Database Capacity planning and Expert level knowledge of SAP quick sizing tool


• SAP Portal/ABAP performance tuning


• Load balancing using F5 & web dispatcher


• DMZ concept to work with B2B & B2C communication


• Deep understanding of high availability solution


• Good experience with HP-UX & Linux Operating system

OTHER SKILLS:

• Provide architectural framework for external infrastructure security and key integration of Portal to backend ECC, HR and SCM Systems.


• Serve as liaison to vendor support/technical staff to assess solution options and to analyze and resolve or escalate issues for SAP Portal and SAP Net weaver systems


• Provide technical recommendations on design or architecture improvements for current SAP ABAP and Portal environments
