- Solid knowledge of DataWarehousing principles and implementation methodologies

- Experience of designingand working with relational and dimension models and complex record layouts,both structured and unstructured

- Working knowledge intechnical aspects of business intelligence including data modeling, relationaldatabase management systems, ETL, metadata / data management, and OLTP tools

- Able to rapidly learntechnical/business techniques and disciplines of special value to the systemssupported.

- Hands-on experience withrelational database, such as Oracle, SQLServer is required

- Relational databases,filtering, aggregating data, joins

- Solid SQL skill and beable to analyze the data and issue root cause, as well as create complexanalytical procedures

- Source to target datamapping, ability to trace where data comes from

- Source to target datamapping (application to data warehouse; data warehouse to data marts; datamarts to reports)

- Analysis of sourcesystems that feed the data warehouse

- Work in collaborationwith various teams to develop target models

- Develop transformationrules based on profiling results

- Support and improvebusiness process, data management and governance standards

- Assist in theidentification and assessment of potential new data sources

- Participate in meta datadocumentation, data profiling, and monitoring

- Drill into businessprocesses, data quality, data relationships, and data flows to gain insight andunderstanding

- Identify risks orbarriers early in projects that would impede successful completion of tasks andmake recommendations for approaches/solutions
