Job description
•Designing and developing jobs using stages like Oracle connector, DB2 connector, FTP in IBM Data Stage v11.5
•Experience in integration of various data sources (including flat files)and Big Data Tooling (Knowledge of Spark, Hadoop , NiFi)
•Design, build, test and maintenance of the process to properly load the transformed data into the target database and associated metadata.
•Knowledge of Data Stage loop variables ,Data Stage job design and performance tuning.
•Create / modify existing Unix/ Shell scripts and trigger load process.
•Knowledge of Control-M tool to schedule jobs
•Experience in developing best practices, Development and execution of ETL test plans, unit testing
•Work closely with developers, guide them on development and do code reviews.
 
NOTE :- Candidates at the time of submission that they would receive interview calls directly from IBM after 4:00 p.m CST and ensure they answer/ take the interview. If the candidate is not available to take the interview the first time the interviewer calls and suggests a different time, we will call again at the scheduled time.
