Data Engineer will work as part of the Data Engineering team with the primary responsibility of building Enterprise Data Integration solutions which involves working on enterprise Class Data Integration Initiatives. The Data Engineer will be responsible for building solutions which are flexible, performance and scalable. The Data Engineer will work closely with Solution Architects to build ETL Data flows and design patterns. Data Engineer will be responsible for building optimal ETL code and for the support of ETL Batch processing.
 
Responsibilities
 
•Building scalable and reliable ETL systems to pull large and complex data together from different systems efficiently.
•Work with Solution Architects to develop ETL/Data Integration/Data Processing Flows.
•Works with other Data Engineers, Data Architects to guide them in building efficient ETL and Database code.
•Produce dynamic, data driven solutions to support the strategic business goals of the company
 
 Experience Required/Preferred
 
•Expert Level working knowledge of ETL concepts and building ETL solutions.
•Experience with ETL tool ODI , Version 12 C preferred
•Proficient in Data warehousing concepts and up to date Data Integration patterns/technologies.
•Experience in building low latency Data Integration solutions.
•Experience with prototyping & automating Data Integration Processes
•Deep experience with Oracle as a Database Platform.
•Experience with Physical Performance Optimization of Oracle Databases.
•Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles is a plus.
•Financial Services Industry knowledge is a plus.
•Experience with SQL Server is a plus
•Good written and verbal skills are required.
•Bachelor’s Degree in a Technology Related Discipline is preferred.
