Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between ITand business end users.

• Ensure applications meet allCompany security standards. Work with internal security partners and externalVendors to achieve this goal.

• Assist in the diagnosis,mitigation, and resolution of production issues.

• Design, develop and implementtechnical solutions within a project team supporting ecommerce.

• Troubleshoot applicationand/or data issues to satisfy business requirements.

• Perform hands on technicaltasks configuring the applications and working with vendors and businesspartners to deliver results.

• Assist the team with thedelivery of ATG Commerce framework, Content Administration, Merchandising,Search and Commerce Service Center applications.

• Coordinate support workefforts within a highly collaborative, team-oriented process, while providingconstructive ideas for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with theapplication development service provider, hosting service provider and otherniche solution providers to ensure that all project goals are met.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computerscience, engineering, math or related field is required. A combination of 7+years of experience in relevant industry business practices, businessconsulting, and/or technical consulting is required

• Oracle Commerce (ATG ) andGuided Search (Endeca) experience

• 5+ Years of System Analysisexperience (Retail Experience Plus)

• 5+ Years of Technicalevaluation and assessment experience

• 4+ years of experience inJava, J2EE & JBOSS5

• Experience in AgileMethodology

• Experience working withrelational databases (Oracle, SQL Server)

• Experience deploying andsupporting ATG E-commerce platforms and related technologies

• Effectively lead and collaboratewithin various business functions

• Experience and ability to workindependently, particularly as a member of a virtual or geographicallydispersed team

• Excellent written and spokencommunication skills

• Must be an extremely quicklearner willing to get into details as/ when required
