Is looking for a Software Engineer that specializes in web application development using AngularJS and related technologies to deliver first class user experiences for distributed applications centered around the management and presentation of audio and video content.
Qualified Candidates will have:
- BSCS degree (transcripts required)
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Proven proficiency in developing Angular web applications
- Knowledge and awareness of emerging technologies and protocols for web based applications.
- Expertise in frontend building, testing and profiling technologies such as Bower, Grunt, Jasmine, Karma or Protractor.
- Solid Knowledge of web communication architectures, technologies and protocols.
- Basic knowledge of Unix based systems.
Skills:
- Experience in implementing or integrating audio and video players
- Experience in developing mobile (web) applications
- Experience in online learning software and/or higher education.
- Experience working as members of open source communities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop frontends for modern and scalable web applications with a focus on audio and video based teaching and learning.
- Work with product owners and user experience designers on the planning and implementation of appealing experiences across device boundaries.
- Collaborate with the team on specification, architecture, design, toolset and technology stack.
