- Configure and install comprehensive monitoring solution
- Deliver pro-active self-healing capabilities
- Ensure orchestration through use of
- Develop automated deployment scripts configured through CI/CD
- Work independently as part of an agile team
- Investigate new technologies to improve operational efficiency
- Enable team to successfully achieve Service level objectives in terms of high availability, capacity growth, maintaining performance of overall CDN platform
- Provide 24x7 on-call support or production incidents.
- 5+ years programming experience
- Expert at configuration management with Ansible, Puppet and/or Chef
- Experience with a variety of scripting languages including Python, Shell/Bash, Perl, Ruby, Groovy, PHP
- Version Control using GitHub, Gitlab or SVN
- Strong understanding of Networking Concepts-TCP/IP, DHCP basic routing
- Strong understanding of content delivery network through use of forward/reverse proxies and caching hierarchies
- Familiarity with ELK, Splunk, OP5/Nagios, RabbitMQ, Graffana, InfluxDB
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution
