  • Youre a person that enjoys solving a challenging puzzle, but you get even more enjoyment helping to improve your company's performance.
  • Although you have many skills you are particularly fluent in either Java or .net.You understand project management methods like agile vs.
  • Waterfall, testing approaches, SDLC, etc.
  • You consider yourself to have an Enterprise Architect's perspective.
  • You have been exposed to or youre willing to learn web applications like SharePoint, Microsoft Business Intelligence, Info Path, Hyl and On base and much more.
  • You understand the importance of being organized and because of this your customers understand and appreciate the impact of your prioritization decisions.
  • You are interested in learning the underlying business drivers of your company.
  • Ideally, you have some exposure to Financial services specifically the processes of lending (Origination, Servicing and Collections).
Must Have Education, Skills and Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of work experience Knowledge of all layers of Web Technology UX/UI, Front end, Middleware, Back end, Server Database, O/S and networking.
  • Specific exposure to the Microsoft stack is desired.
  • Additional exposure or willingness to learn SharePoint, Microsoft Business Intelligence, advanced Excel, Info Path, electronic signature, Hyland On base and Azure
  • Ability to write program specification and coding from program specifications is required.
  • Ability to solve difficult problems and deal with a variety of variables without a defined right-answer.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy, fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. Certifications in ITIL, ITSM, Project Management, or System Architecture (Togaf, etc.) a plus.
