POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Reporting to the Manager, Benefits & Compensation, the HRIS Analyst will work with multiple departments to configure and program our Human Capital Management System (Kronos), as well as our web portal (SharePoint).
  • Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesDesign and document effective solutions, including but not limited to business processes, automated processes, integrations, and system configurationConfigure our Human Capital Management System (Kronos), as well as our web portal (SharePoint).
  • This includes benefits, payroll, and compensation modules, in and out bound feeds, and system reporting.
  • Act as project manager for the creation of data feeds and system programming beyond that of system configurationSupport all aspects of HRIS, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, implementation and deploymentInteract with end users (HR and other departments) to understand requirements and provide consultation on data available to support the needs of the businessManage timeliness and quality of recurring and ad hoc reportsPlans, tests and deploys new configuration changes, system upgrades and/or patches.
  • Develop simple to complex HR reports using data from multiple HR data sourcesMicrosoft Excel skills to include the ability to create spreadsheets (e.g. formulas such as V-lookup, Graphs, and Pivot Tables)Exposure to a full range of HR processes, data and technology applications, including compensation management, performance management, benefits administration, onboarding, hire to retire lifecycle, etc.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and focus on accuracy.Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to simultaneously manage numerous projects and processes, often under tight deadlines.Responsible for HCM vendor relationship.Develops and maintains HRIS procedures, guidelines and documentation.
  • Stays abreast of software revisions, program modules, and current trends in HR technology and provides direction to HR team on applying key technologies.
  • Minimum Skills, Qualifications And AbilitiesEducation: Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, IT or related field. Concentration in human resources, business or technology-related discipline preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years experience as a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) professional working within a HCM configuration environment.
  • Experience with configuration of Kronos Workforce Ready HCM and/or SharePoint preferred.
