Scottsdale, AZDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Object oriented development in MS Dynamics AX 2012 using X++, SSRS, .NET and C# development languages, utilizing a source control system and ensuring best practices are followedMS Dynamics AX 2012 development to fill functional gaps, resolve issues, create SSRS reports and integrations using AIFSystem administration, routine system maintenance, production support and user trainingWork closely with colleagues in the IT infrastructure and development teamParticipate in the requirement gathering, design process and implementation of designs devised by the development teamPerform unit, regression and integration testing and drive completion of user acceptance testingCreate and maintain functional requirements and technical specification documentationManage multiple projects while ensuring objectives are met and SLAs maintainedBuild and maintain positive relationships with business departments

• A Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent experience and at least three (3) to five (5) years of MS Dynamics AX development (2012 R2, 2009) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:Understanding of the full SDLC, application development processes, methodologies and their application to development projectsPrevious experience leading complex development efforts as part of projects, implementations and taskWorking knowledge of the AR, AP, Production, Inventory and Trade and Logistics modules (Finance a plus)Ability to coach, mentor and train personnel within a technical organization in a peer relationshipProficiency in X++, C#, .NET, SQL and SSRSExperience with SalesForce.com, IBM WebSphere CastIron a plus
