Summary:
Web and Mobile Architect joins Service Delivery team with responsibilities of design and architecture of web and mobile solutions.

Responsibilities:
Participates proactively in the non-functional requirements sessions and ensures to fit those requirements into current web application architecture
Provides sustainable and innovative technical solutions with appropriate strategic input
Performs product evaluations when needed to align with Technical standards
Develops product roadmaps, makes recommendations based on strategy and business needs
Maintains excellent working relationships with business partners, external partners and offshore teams
Analyzes the technology and industry trends while developing technical solutions and new product recommendations
Develops solution design blueprint documents and business cases to describe business challenges, costs, risks and solution approaches
Technical guidance to the proposed solution should be provided to the project teams as needed
Review existing architecture, solutions and provide recommendations for improvements or replacements with appropriate documentation
Supports technologies such as SharePoint, Oracle Knowledge, Kentico CMS, SalesForce.com, iOS apps etc.
Proposed solutions should be compatible with mobile devices, can be easily integrated with other systems as needed
Research products or solutions that are readily available in the market and can be integrated easily instead of performing custom developments
Planning and estimating the technology solutions delivery and integration effort on-time and on-budget
Plays a key system integrator and architect role on implementing Social Intranet platform using Jive


Basic Qualifications:
Broad knowledge of web application software’s and portals across all technologies
Knowledge of Web and Mobile development technologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Must have full lifecycle project experience in business social software solution implementations like Jive
At least 6 or more years of experience in developing, implementing, managing and supporting large scale information systems
At least 5 years of experience in designing the architecture of enterprise level web applications
At least 2 years of experience in developing or deploying enterprise level mobile applications
Proven experience in defining technical solutions and architecture roadmaps
Experience in planning and executing large scale projects from the research stage through implementation
Excellent communications skills, ability to communicate to business stake holders by without using technology terminologies
At least 3 years of experience in integrating applications with SharePoint, ERP (SAP, Oracle), BI Applications, CRM
At least 3 years of experience in managing enterprise social media applications
Experience in cloud based application development and support
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with most common web technologies and solutions such as: Java/J2EE, .Net, HTML/HTML5/CSS/JQuery, XML/XSL, PHP, WebLogic, WebSphere, SharePoint, SalesForce, Jive, Amazon Web Services, Azure on Windows and Unix environments with Scripting knowledge
