EDI Analyst, Elligility & Claims
Location: West Jordan, UT
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Produce test and production files and ensure all requirement are met and any defects are removedRetrieve and post test files with
- Health Partners and Clients via SFTP and other sources
- Provide reporting and feedback on the files with both internal and external customers as requiredWork defects from files, partnering with internal and external customers to resolve any issuesDefine and implement best practices as it relates to EDI, specifically 834, 837 Positional, TruHearing custom formats, and other EDI configuration needs.?Develop and deliver both reoccurring and ad hoc reporting as requestedAct as a health plan/?client-facing partner, interacting with both technical and non-technical contactsInteracts with team to develop analytic approaches, measurement plans, data analysis, and report results on health care utilization, expenditures, outcomes, and benchmarksAssists in driving the implementation of new process and procedures by providing actionable information and recommendations that evaluate the impact of current implementation practicesIndependently manage issues that may arise on multiple tasks or projects with limited or no management involvementActs as a resource and/?or mentor for other members of the project team and company on business issues and may be responsible for training and guidance of other employees and healthcare resources
