The SAP Basis Administratorâ??s primary role is to design, install, configure, and maintain the SAP systems across the enterprise. The SAP Basis Administrator will work directly with the IT development and IT infrastructure teams providing technical support and guidance as required. Tasks include Monitoring and ensuring performance of SAP systems, including troubleshooting and backups, integration of SAP systems with other supporting systems to reduce end user disruption, and to maintain all SAP systems, including software and OS patching as well as upgrades. The SAP Basis Administrator will also troubleshoot SAP application performance, hardware and software issues, as well as provide SAP application capacity planning solutions and publish SLAs.
