Web Developer with EXTJS Experience

Strong UI client side coding. Will consider Skype for a strong candidate (excellent comm skills needed). We are looking for experience with ExtJS or Sencha specifically but may consider candidates that have had experience with jQuery or Dojo as well. Advertising Information: Our client is searching for a Java Web Developer to join their team. The individual in this role will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of web applications as well as performing a full spectrum of Web related tasks including: rapid prototyping, design and layout, graphics creation and optimization, source code, unit tests, server-side programming (Java/JSP/DB2), testing and training. This individual will be primarily working with the latest AJAX technologies (primarily the EXTJS framework) to develop software applications.Responsibilities Include:Perform a full spectrum of Web development related tasks including design, application development and optimization, and unit testing.Perform server-side programming (primarily Java/JSP/DB2).Use HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript to develop software applications.Makes changes, fixes, or enhancements to existing web applications.Perform web UI based performance tuning and optimization.The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:Bachelors Degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university.2 + years Web technologies Java, JSP, Servlets, HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript2 + Basic Database/SQL Experience with DB2 (or similar) and Java PersistenceUse HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript to develop software applicationsGood foundation in Object Oriented Programming and familiarity with Design PatternsExperience in utilizing IDE tools such as EclipseKnowledge/Experience of using CVS is a +Exeperience with ExtJS or Sencha required
