Job specification
- Develop and configures automation processes as per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements
- Work with Robot Process automation and/or Business Intelligence Tools
- Develop new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
- Comply with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with test teams – Product Owner and internal clients - during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality
- Report status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis
- Take responsibility for project activities including work estimation
- Create and maintain Technical solution documentation, test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
- Support existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process

Technical Skills:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems or financial field.
- 3+ years of software development experience and solid understanding of programming concepts - .Net/HTML/JavaScript experience are examples
- Understanding of object based coding
- Understanding of workflow based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution
- Comfortable working with clients
- Ability to learn quickly and progress rapidly from mentoring tasks

- Professional development experience in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools/technologies and/or Business Intelligence
- RPA Certifications is a big plus
