Roles &Responsibilities:

1.        Minimum of 4 yearsof software development lifecycle experience and experience working with AS/400systems
2.        Expert in RPG free concepts/designs.
3.        Experience with DB2/400, SQL, EDI, Changemanagement tool or process.
4.        Outstanding communication skills (listening,speaking and writing).
5.        Resource should be able to analyze issue andresolve those.
6.        Resource should be able to work in Agileenvironment.
7.        Resource should have capability to design,Develop code based on Agile stories
8.        Possess an innovative and creative attitude andthe ability to work independently.  
9.        Interacts well with end users or business to getgood requirements and service the user request satisfactorily
