Job Description

• The CFO reports to the CEO and is responsible for managing the accounting and financial operations of the company.
  
• The position manages a Controller and an accounting team that supports a growing, complex organization.
  
• The CFO is part of the management team and is a key support to the CEO, Board of Directors and investors.
  
• The CFO will provide financial leadership in the areas of operational performance management, debt and equity financing, and building a scalable and efficient infrastructure to support rapid and profitable growth.
  

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY

• Experience as a CFO in a technology oriented company.
  
• Experience working with venture capital, private equity or investment banks (IPO process, M&A) raising at least $50 million in a round of financing.
  
• Experience working in a rapidly growing company, growth from hundreds of employees to the thousands, thus understanding the needs and issues a company faces in scaling efficiently.
  
• Experience working with a team in multiple locations around the United States and the world.
  
• Experience working in a fast paced, start up, entrepreneurial work environment.
