The Role:
  • This position will analyze SKU structure changes and its impact to the existing SFDC ecosystem and provide BA responsibilities in the rollout of the CPQ tool.
  • This position provides process impact review, systems impact, and functional user analysis with the functional business team utilizing the CPQ tool.
  • The Business Analyst role requires utilization of enterprise wide SKU Reduction and CPQ best business practices to improve the overall CPQ experience for the business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • Configuration set up for CPQ tool and update variable data as necessary, exhibiting an understanding of master data and data relationships, pricing and other data as needed.
  • Implementation within Agile methodologies and best practices, plan and execute sprints and implementations
  • Provide both proactive and reactive support for the CPQ tool end users, within Sales, Finance, Legal and Operations
  • Participates in the coordination and administration of assigned configuration management activities relative to CPQ toolReviews released NPI change data and coordinates changes with data owners: Product Management, Finance, Support, Sales Operations, Business Operations, etc.
  • Ensures that customer requirements are implemented and reviews change activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience of configuration in CPQ, or ERP systems, focusing on pricing, sales and/or marketing to enhance application functionality and improve system efficiency.
  • Ability to understand linkages from front end CRM system(s) and back office ERP (Oracle R12) systemsFamiliarity with various interfaces, specifically to and from Oracle and SFDC.
  • Sound financial and/or sales business analyst experience.
  • Strong in MS Office products, including Excel.
  • Experience with project leadership within Agile methodologies and best practice; highly organized.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalSelf-starter with a technical aptitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills.In-depth experience operating a 24x7 production environment.
  • Ability to quickly triage problems under pressure, determine root cause and drive resolution.
  • Curiosity to explore new ideas and passion to make them happen.
  • BS in Computer Science (or equivalent).
