UI/Front End (See full description doc), need to be US Citizen / Green Card
· Technical leads skills including managing/leading several front-end developers.
· Ability to create, manage and update a project plan
· Ability to manage resources including resource utilization
· Strong process experience in being able to take requirements, leading a team to deliver an end-product. This includes the understanding of the different aspects of user interface such as design, user experience and development, testing and release
· Experience in release software and the process around software configuration, source code control and packaging
· Advanced JavaScript including jQuery, Require.js, Handlebars etc
· Experience with templating, dependency management, DOM manipulation
· JavaScript Design Patterns
· Source control using SVN
· Deep understanding of REST and its architectural use in Web 2.0 web applications
· Expert level grasp of front end web application security threats and mitigations
· Data Visualization / JavaScript interaction design a plus
· Java/Spring experience a plus
