Role:BizTalk Developer

Desired Skills and ExperienceDesired Career Experience:

• Candidates for the BizTalk Developer role will be responsible for the following key functions:
  
• Extensive experience with BizTalk solutions architecture, development and system monitoring.
  
• Experience with BizTalk application design and development for high transaction/high availability systems.
  
• Experience and knowledge of industry standard BizTalk development methodologies.
  
• Comprehensive understanding of Service Oriented Architecture, ESB and web services.
  
• Experience automating business process, and creating logical reusable business rule sets.
  

Key Skill Sets or Knowledge Requirements:

• 3+ years of working experience with BizTalk 2010 with 2013 preferred.
  
• 3+ years of working experience with BizTalk orchestrations, pipelines, messages, rules engine, ESB Toolkit and adaptors.
• 3+ years of working experience with XML and/or JSON.
  
• Expert level SQL skills and hands on experience with SQL Server 2008 and 2012 (including SSIS).
  
• Hands on experience working in Agile (Scrum) environment.
  
• Knowledge and expertise with Microsoft .Net framework, including utilizing Visual Studio 2012 and BizTalk development tools.
  
• Strong Object-Oriented Design skills ability to demonstrate Object Modeling and Business Process Modeling.
  
• Firm understanding of the fundamentals of requirement specification, design, coding, and testing of business applications systems using Agile development methodologies.
  
• Proficiency in C# and JavaScript Languages.
  
• Ability to work in a team environment and directly with business lines outside of IT.
  
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
  

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in computer science, computer systems engineering or software engineering preferred.
