Required: BA/BS Or Equivalent academic education and experience

Preferred:

• MS/MBA or Equivalent academic education and experience
• RequiredAdvanced proficiency of MS Office tools
• Skilled in .NET and Biztalk
• Significant knowledge of programming language tools and system utilities
• Significant knowledge of basic graphical modeling approaches, tools and model repositories
• Must possess the skills to work with business process owners and technical users
• Experienced in providing information for project charters, approach / proof of concept documents, functional / technical designs
• Thorough knowledge of the different components of an enterprise technical architecture
• Thorough knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes
• High impact individual with the ability to both challenge and advise senior leadership (business and IT)
• Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent work assignments
