Role : Pega Developer Location: Sterling, VA Duration : 6 month contract Interview : Telephonic followed by Skype/F2F Need Minimum 3 years real time Pega experience. Design, develop and maintain front office and back office applications to support of business and company initiatives. Duties/Responsibilities: Design, develop and implement applications using Pega IAC,PRPC 6.x/7.x Develop integration applications with internal and external systems using Pega framework. Analyze requirements and develop detailed design Support maintenance of production applications Design, Develop, Architect applications using Pega, J2EE and Oracle Technologies. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Design and Develop Integration Enterprise Applications using Pega PRPC 7.x and other industry standard COTs Applications. Ensure a systems development methodology is followed and key components such as design, testing, code reviews and technical documentation are completed for each project and make recommendations on any process improvements Participate on projects by developing the technical design, , assisting with testing, developing design documentation Min 4 years of Pega experience including intimate knowledge of PRPC 6.x/7.xOverall Min 4 years of software development experience desired Detailed Knowledge of PRPC design and implementation topics including :- Rules, Class Design, Security, Flows, Adapters, Services and Connectors Good Knowledge of CPM 6.x Solid Experience with objected oriented programming, Web Services Implementation Working knowledge and experience in Java, SQL, PL/SQL. Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills Desired Skills/Experience: Desired: Experience with PRPC 7.1, working knowledge of Pega CPM Framework Requires a bachelor\'s degree in a related area and at least 4 years of experience developing software or related experience. Knowledge of e-commerce infrastructure, customer relationship management, data warehousing, and business intelligence. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. PRPC Certification. Exposure to insurance, warranty, claims, service and repair environments.
