Essential Responsibilities: Exceptional customer service by providing quick, accurate and thorough responses to our end users. Analyze current systems, propose and design modifications, along with developing new systems. Work closely with end users to determine project requirements and ensure the applications are developed to support business needs. Ensure that the applications developed are easy to operate, and intuitive for the end user. Use structured well-documented programming techniques to write programs that are efficient and easily understood and maintained. Perform modernization to existing programs, as required, to improve maintainability. Develop queries and use reporting tools to perform analysis and fulfill end-user requests. Follow the change control process to ensure that revision history is maintained on all programs. Perform sufficient testing to identify and resolve problems before the application or report is presented to the end user. Train users in application use. Responsible for the maintenance and creation of system and detail program documentation.
