Role: Client Service Representative (EDI) Loc: Huntington Beach, CA Overview: The Customer Service Representative (EDI) is responsible for managing all EDI transactional activity, in addition to providing a wide array of customer service functions for both EDI and non-EDI customers. Essential Functions: Manage the flow of EDI based transactions (i.e., 810, 850, 855, 856, 860, 865, etc) from inception to fulfillment Manage daily service related communications, via phone and electronically, with all customers Order Management: order entry, order confirmation and order adjustments Manage designated order file to ensure order fulfillment Research and track non-compliant chargebacks and institute resolutions Process returns, replacements and refunds Assist in the development of department policies and procedures Perform other related duties as required or requested Less... JOB REQUIREMENTS 1-3 years of industry experience in a customer service capacity Previous EDI experience required Proficiency with an ERP system, Full Circle preferred Proficiency in MS Office programs with an emphasis on Excel Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with accounts as well as co-workers Ability to multi-task and manage a large account-base Apparel industry experience preferred Bachelors Degree preferred
