SUMMARY This is a team lead and analyst role for an application knowledge expert enabling the deployment and support of Oracle Enterprise One / JD Edwards – specifically in the area of Distribution processes. This role is a team lead role when performing project based work and is responsible for ensuring the on-time design, configuration, delivery, implementation, maintenance, and end user satisfaction associated with new or incremental changes to distribution functionality for Oracle Enterprise One/JD Edwards. Key activities include defining both functional and technical specifications, configuring JDE software, as well as writing specifications and testing. This role will represent Norgren’s distribution requirements when working with consultants and is a team lead role where you are expected to lead others (employees and consultants) on the distribution team in the fulfillment of their and your own duties. The role will transition from implementation project based work to initiative projects and support of existing JDE functionality which includes troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Desired Skills and Experience
Key knowledge and experience:
1. Configuration/setup and testing of JDE Distribution functionality.
2. 2 to 4 full life cycle JDE implementations.
3. 3-10 years of JDE/ERP implementation experience
4. Configuration & setup of: Sales, Procurement, Inventory
5. Working knowledge of how distribution processes impacts both upstream and downstream supply chain processes – particularly those associates with order entry, material replenishment, material dispositions, and inventory.
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) from four-year College or University

Computer Skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Certificates and Licenses APICS & Six Sigma certification would be a plus.
