Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Texas International Endoscopy Center 6620 Main St STE 1500, Houston, TX 77030 Looking to build the locum pool at Memorial Hermann Facility Texas International Endoscopy located in Houston, TX This is another endoscopy center in an outpatient setting. 3 room GI endoscopy ASC center; The CRNAs are Medical Supervised by anesthesiologist Propofal Paper documentation ACS levels 1, 2, & 3 (4 are done at the hospital) Hours 8 hour days Guarantee 8 hours pay plus mileage. No lodging Locum coverage needed on Oct 19-23 and 26-30. Also Nov 23-25. 1 CRNA needed per day for coverage but looking to add more providers to build the pool.
