"We are looking for a Jira “administrator”. Someone who has a good amount of experience working on the configuration and back-end of the application, setting up projects, workflows, screens, custom fields, automations, etc. Many candidates that come through have “used” Jira, but don’t know anything about how to configure it. We don’t need users.
