• The selected candidate will create, administer, and maintain Dynatrace Server and OneAgent toolset. The candidate will lead architectural development, support implementation in cloud infrastructure, including Amazon Web Service and On-Premise Cloud environment. The candidate will also create and maintain dashboards, custom views, custom metrics, reports, and alerts in the Dynatrace Dashboard Tool including views for specific workloads as identified.
  Other responsibilities include:
• Analysis of applications/services performance and incorporate solutions into the existing performance testing processes. Provide documentation detailing results of analysis and, monitoring with recommendations including potential opportunities for improving the existing problem remediation procedures
  Monitor production applications for performance, assist in troubleshooting and produce ad hoc reports
  Tune Dynatrace Server and OneAgent configuration files for performance and to provide necessary metrics for monitoring
• Provide documentation on Dynatrace Server and OneAgent implementation, configuration, administration, and best practices for enterprise support
• Participate in the continuous improvement process and able to work without technical oversight and to lead and coordinate a team of technical engineers and specialists
• Support additional Dynatrace tools as required
• Provide guidance, informal training and recommendations regarding use of the Dynatrace Server and OneAgent toolset
