Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Service existing customers by taking orders, providing quotes, and answering questions
  • Research technical aspects of the parts through on-the-job training
  • Actively contact existing and prospective customers to provide progress reports
  • Maintain customer data in existing database
  • Work as part of a team
  • Expand existing customer base and proactively develop new customers
  • Self-motivated to work ambitiously in a fast-paced environment


  • Fort Wayne, Indiana based
  • Undergraduate Degree preferred
  • Positive attitude / Desire to learn / Strong work ethic/Detail oriented
  • Great phone etiquette / Strong computer skills
  • A multi-task skill set
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Customer-focused personality with skills for building new business
  • Must be able to excel in a demanding environment
