Customer Service Responsibilities
- Service existing customers by taking orders, providing quotes, and answering questions
- Research technical aspects of the parts through on-the-job training
- Actively contact existing and prospective customers to provide progress reports
- Maintain customer data in existing database
- Work as part of a team
- Expand existing customer base and proactively develop new customers
- Self-motivated to work ambitiously in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Fort Wayne, Indiana based
- Undergraduate Degree preferred
- Positive attitude / Desire to learn / Strong work ethic/Detail oriented
- Great phone etiquette / Strong computer skills
- A multi-task skill set
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Customer-focused personality with skills for building new business
- Must be able to excel in a demanding environment
