- Job Description:
- Analyzing large blocks of data imported from multiple source systems in Excel (and possibly other analytical tools)
- Project/Program Manager tracking and reporting on critical milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Gather and understand business requirements through core business process analysis and deconstruct complex process into logical, clearly defined components
- Serve as the conduit between the business units, technology teams, and support teams
Qualifications/Skills Required Core Experience
- Existing Financial Services experience, preferably Loan Pocessing
- Self-starter, energetic, independent work ethic.
- 10+ years of hands on analysis and reporting experience, to include:
- Advanced Excel knowledge (e.g., Pivot Tables, nested "If" statements) . PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, and Tableau experience are nice to have
- Project management skills and process proficiency
- Ability to interact professionally with a broad group of stakeholders - executives, managers, and subject matter expert
