The key aspect of this project and which the Tech Lead is REQUIRED to fulfill is,

•Understand the requirement and ask the right questions to clearly state the expected output

•Follow the Customer Master canonical model as shared by architect

•Instruct / Guide / Remove blockers for the team 

•Document required artifacts in Confluence

•And most importantly write GENERIC code in REUSABLE components (As the operations to perform will be based on request payload which would vary bet/w teams)
