Position: Business/Product Analyst Location: San Francisco, CA Duration: 3 Months, possibility of extension Project Summary: Web application development for creating programs for enrolling US Citizens in Savings Program Responsibilities: • Own and drive overall platform/product roadmap; both short term and long term • Collaborate with executive team to get agreement on product/platform strategy and roadmap • Develop core platform features and requirements • Oversee, lead and drive product managers through a product development lifecycle • Gather and distill requirements from Savers, marketing, and elsewhere; translate these into a cohesive and actionable vision; Write specifications, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules • Work and coordinate with internal teams (marketing, engineering, user experience, customer service) to identify, refine and document features, as well as execute on strategy • Create wireframes, PRDs and other illustrations to convey feature ideas and gather feedback; drive UI focused products • Manage product teams including running product meeting, maintaining product specs and backlog, coordinating design, development and QA activities • Define hypotheses for new features, measuring success against clearly defined goals and metrics • Define and coordinate the creation and analyze the results of A/B tests • Define, monitor and react to key product metrics • Review, edit and prioritize bugs and features • Research product trends and identify new product directions, features and opportunities • Understand the competitive landscape and watch for emerging solutions • Hire and develop key talent as necessary Technical Skills: • 3-5+ years’ experience preferred • Minimum Bachelor’s degree; MBA or graduate degree preferred • Business acumen • Budgeting and resource allocation • Ability to read, understand and communicate technical documentation • Be a hands on manager; everyone builds product here • Experience hiring, managing and mentoring product management teams, with demonstrated track record of empowering the success of more junior product management talent • Demonstrated success working with remote teams and matrixed responsibility • Excellent interpersonal skills, proven track record of building strong relationships and establishing credibility with customers, prospects, analysts, business development and the executive team • Analytical Skills: Experience using data analytics (user testing, data analysis, and multivariate testing) to measure the performance of a solution. • Fluent with SQL
