Position: Business Analyst Kronos
Location: Richardson,TX
Duration: 8 mths
Description
Overall Purpose: Implement a new Comprehensive Integrated Time and Payroll Solution which tracks all non exempt absence and attendance in a Kronos application/environment as it pertains to AT&T’s Payroll Time Reporting System (PTRS) or Human Resource projects. Roles & Responsibilities: 1) Liaison with both the customer and developers to design complex solutions provisioning application functionality. 2) Analyze and design the client’s PTRS for future installation devices using object methods in support of a services integrated solution. 3) Facilitate/lead meetings and communicate status of project. 4) Partner with multiple teams to achieve the final objective for PTRS or Human Resource projects. 5) May be called upon to use expertise to redesign/resolve issues prior to full implementation.
Requirements :
REQUIRED Skills for Functional Kronos/PeopleTools Business Analyst: 1. Kronos v7.0 or higher with WFC, WFTK, WFSO knowledge. Excellent knowledge in the design of configuration in support of application deployment. 2. Extensive knowledge of table and database structure for Kronos v.7.0 or higher WFC, WFTK, WFSO and WFAN applications. 3. Strong knowledge and use of Kronos APIs using WIM. 4. Knowledge of custom integration of Kronos to SAP. 5. PeopleSoft/PeopleTools v.8.54 a plus! 6. Experience in designing UIs in PeopleTools with supporting configurable components. 7. Experience in designing integrations with 3rd party systems using PeopleTool?s IB with large volumes of data. 8. Experience in using Quality Center and Req Pro. 9. Excellent SQL skills.
