Role : Systems Deployment Specialist
Location: Woburn, MA
Essential Job Functions:
- Collaborates with DPS team, remote team of radiologists and other stakeholders on required software changes.
- Provides high level of technical support (i.e. hardware, software, virtual work stations set up),Manages troubleshooting and completion of all tasks.
- Resolves stakeholders technical issues by means of trouble-ticket tracking system.
- Performs testing of controls on stakeholders workstations and new products.
- Deploys and implements ongoing improvements to DPS's infrastructure
Desired Skills ,Education and Experience:
- BA/BS degree in Information Technology2-3 years experience in information system technology; ideally in life science, health care or pharmaceutical industry and/or related fieldsKnowledge of Windows Operating System, Access Right, VMware, Citrix required.Excellent verbal communication.
- Aptitude to learn quickly and perform well under pressure.Ability to work independently yet within company guidelines.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and professional maturity.Must be open to flexible schedule/hours.
