Manhattan OMS Configuration Lead

REQUIREMENTS:

 Own and help develop operationally efficientConfiguration management for the Manhattan OMS and OMNI CHANNEL system

 

Deliver functional innovations in support of OMS andcustomer service business needs; progressing ideas from concepts to full scaleimplementation with focus on flexibility, reuse, and overarching extensibility

 

Ability to work independently in a fast paced environmentwith minimum over sight

 

Develop high level functional design documents andbusiness workflows

 

Independently lead Design, development, delivery anddrive implementation of projects on the Manhattan OMS suite

 

Own functional configuration plan and assist in releasemanagement to maintain integrity of configurations across environment

 

Provide functional expertise in establishing processesand procedures and best practices specifically for OMS/OCF Manhattan platformand also in the ecommerce larger eco system that includes ATG, 3rd partysystems (e.g., CyberSource, AVS, Vertex, Responses, SVS etc. ) and legacysystems (e.g., Supply Chain, RMS, Sales Audit etc.)

 

Works under limited direction of management withdifferent teams in the broader ecosystem

 

Build and maintain a knowledge base for functionalexpertise that can be operationalized for projects and support

 

Work with Platform Engineering and release teams toautomate configuration to reduce costs, risks and time to production

 

Willing to be on-call to support the build environmentand participate 24X7 support operations on rotation basis as needed

 

 CORE SKILL SETS:

 

 At least 3-5 years’ experience in Manhattan OMS asFunctional lead.

 

At least 5 years’ experience in OMS and OMNI CHANNELSpace

 

At least 4-5 years’ experience in major retail industry

 

Hand on Experience with Manhattan OMS Suiteconfigurations

 

Ability to collaborate with other technical team members

 

Ability to work independently with minimal direction andprovide guidance to team members and help build a strong team

 

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communicationskills

 

Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting and problemsolving skills within complex enterprise systems

 

Experience working in a shared services environment is aplus

 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Shared services environment with multiple offshore/remoteteams

 

Matrix organization with teams consisting of internal andexternal resources

 

Rapidly changing environment from a people/process andtools perspective
