Technical/Functional Skills: IBM OPTIM, IBM Mainframes & Distributed systems, SQL, Oracle, IMS, AS/400.
Experience Required
In-depth understanding and hands-on experience on IBM OPTIM
Good Knowledge on different kinds of data bases(DB2, Oracle, IMS, etc)
Exposure and involvement in execution of end-to end data archival/masking projects
Working knowledge of multiple databases and test data management solutions like IBM OPTIM, etc.
Expertise in TDM concepts including Data sub-setting, Data Masking and Data profiling.
Ability to work and interact with diverse teams and multiple stake holders.
Good Understanding of DDL, DML and ILM concepts
Coordinate with Developers, System Architects, Application owners and Test Leads to understand and define data integrity constraints
Extensive knowledge of Data Security and File Handling
Experience in Healthcare domain (preferred)
