Skills Required:

 

Experienced with Interactive Intelligenceproducts

Prefer certifications including Interactioncenter engineer, interaction handler developer, and interaction centeroptimizer (engineer is the most important one)

Any other experience with Genesys ishelpful.  

In Canada or USA

Full time permanent is preferred will considercontractor

Ability to travel 20% of the time in US

Will work remotely from home the remainder ofthe time. 

Rate of pay 75K to 95K

Excellent communication skills

Location within distance of a major airport

Any development skills are a bonus but notrequired.
