RESPONSIBILITIES:
Seeking a SAP HRIS Analyst in Richardson, TX. The need a Super User rather than a SAP config.

Tasks/Responsibilities

* Ensure integrity of HRIS data through regular audits; resolving irregularities and partnering with HRIS Manager to research, correct discrepancies, ensure compliance and reporting
* Serves as first level user support for HR systems and trouble shoots issues. Fully understands HRIS data entry procedures to provide troubleshooting and support for end-users
* Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train customers on new processes/functionality.
* Assists in testing new systems, interfaces and system changes/updates
* Assess areas for process improvements and assists with special projects as needed
* Deliver, analyze and maintain all HRIS reports to support current business needs/initiatives
* Under supervision, actively participates in the design, implementation and testing of new functionalities and version releases

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned. Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus.
