Have to deal directly with management as well as the team.
You will be the face of services to the client.
This person will be responsible for the technical aspects ofall software projects as well as their delivery.
The right person will be able to roll up their sleeves andhandle coding when they have to.
They will also be very comfortable meeting with executivemanagement
