CONTRACTORQUALIFICATIONS: 5.1. Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess,at minimum, the following qualifications: 5.1.1. 5 years of experience withCloverleaf, Mirth and/or Rhapsody Integration software with certification inone or more of these tools.

5 yearsof experience developing Interfaces for HL7, XML, and/or X12Qualification

5 yearsof experience Data Extract, Transformation and Load.

4 yearsof experience working with National Health Data messaging standards

AA orBachelor’s Degree required in Information Technology or related area

5 yearsof experience working with both technical and user staff.

 

  

6.CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 6.1. SERVICE TASKS: 6.1.1. Contractor will performthe following tasks in the time and manner specified:

 

6.1.1.1.Create system designs, applying industry standard system analysis and designpractices, daily as directed by the Department in the time indicated on thework tickets or within project plans, for integration processes,enhancements/additions and bug fixes, to then be implemented as applicationcode.

 

6.1.1.2.Modify and create application code and database code related to integrationprocesses, applying industry standard system development practices, daily aswork tickets are assigned by the Department or as required by project plans.

 

6.1.1.3.Troubleshoot and determine resolutions to system issues and bugs identified bythe daily monitoring of ongoing processes, daily as work tickets are assigned,or issues are identified by the Department.

 

6.1.1.4.Provide analytical services documenting both business and technicalrequirements for new projects requiring Integration and to identify operationalefficiencies in existing processes specified by the Project Plan timeline,weekly as assigned by the Department

 

6.1.1.5.Document modifications and additions to integration processes in detail, dailyas tasks are assigned by the Department, and store in a documentationrepository

 

6.1.1.6.Produce work estimates to implement user-defined requirements specified by theProject Plan timeline, monthly as assigned by the Department

 

6.1.1.7.Produce status reports that include a detailed accounting of hours worked bytasks during the specific period on a weekly basis

6.1.1.8.The Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, and agents must comply at alltimes with all Department data security procedures and policies in theperformance of this scope of work as specified in the Data Security and Confidentiallydocument attached to the purchase order.
