Proven OperationalExpertise on Complex Datacenter/Campus Network and Network Security Operationsand engineering.

Responsibilities:

•               Hands on experience in installing, con?guring& troubleshooting multiple products on Cisco routers, switches, Home officesolution, Riverbed WAN Optimization, load balancers, Network access controllersetc.

•               Represent Network Operations function relatedqueries for all change management.

•               Work with infrastructure service vendors forservice improvements plan initiatives.

•               Experience in installing, con?guring &troubleshooting on Aruba Wireless Technologies and products.

•               Experience in using network management toolsfor performance, tuning, troubleshooting and capacity planning.

•               Adhere to Global network standards, policies,guidelines in-line with meeting regulatory requirements wherever applicablepolicies, guidelines.

•               Collaboration with cross-functional teaminternally for support issues.

•               Flexible to support 24/7 shifts to supportglobal operations.

Job SpecificKnowledge:

•               In-depth understanding of and experience withTCP/IP protocols/Campus LAN/WAN and adept knowledge on routing, including BGPand EIGRP.

•               Advanced experience with routers, switches,and LAN/WAN equipment.

•               Experience with Cisco Nexus Switches and SDN.

•               Knowledge and working experience on WirelessInfrastructure.

•               Familiarity with network monitoring anddiagnostic tools.

•               Advanced troubleshooting skills in the area ofLAN/WAN/Wireless and Data Center infrastructure.

•               Escalation point of contact for all NetworkTechnologies.
