We are seeking a senior levelTableau developer/analyst to join our team of ServiceNow experts. Thedeveloper/analyst will work closely with our team to understand theiranalytical needs, evaluate key performance metrics and analyze trends. The ideal candidate will possess both superior technical ability as well aseffective communication and relationship management skills.

Specific responsibilities are as follows:

     Develop subject matter expertise in the ServiceNow data platform andguide client partners in the use of the platform to answer strategicinstitutional questions.

        Perform ad hoc and trend analyses to Client actionable information insupport of management decision making.

        Leverage enterprise business intelligence tools, SQL queries and othertools to develop complex models, dashboards, and reports, including Tableau.

REQUIRED EDUCATION ANDEXPERIENCE: 
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning; A minimumof 5 years of experience working as a Tableau report developer/data analyst;Minimum of 10 years of IT/BI Reporting experience; Experience building complexmodels and leveraging enterprise reporting tools to develop dashboards andreports;  Expertise leveraging SQL, Excel, and data visualization toolssuch as Tableau to manipulate, analyze and present data; Excellentcommunication skills and experience presenting findings to mid to senior levelexecutives; Ability to work effectively and independently on multiplepriorities with strict deliverable dates; Experience working closely with bothbusiness users and technical development teams.   

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Priorpositions leveraging ServiceNow data rendering; significant experience buildingreports and dashboards in Tableau; Experience performing statistical analysisto identify trends, patterns and relationships in data to provide.
