We are not looking for candidates that can’tspeak to what they have in their resumes.

Currently, we are not looking for Automation specificcandidates but someone who has good experience in Manual Testing orPerformance Testing (tools would be Load Runner, Storm Runner, VUGEN). 

 

The key points to this position are as follows:

We are looking for someone with 10 years' QA/Testing

Performance Testing using Load Runner- very heavy experiencehere, lead experience is a huge plus

TCoE, strong manual testing experience including testmanagement and TCoE-Testing Center of Excellent

Salesforce/ERP experience- strong manual experience

Automated Testing UFT to build automation frameworks

 

Perform end-to-end testing activities creating strategy incollaboration with QA Test Management, Test plan, risk management, monitoringday to day activities, conducting Scrum meetings, creating test Scenarios, testcases, execute test cases, report bugs, review the deliverables of testingteams, project reporting, customer interactions, etc.  

Ability to prepare test strategy in collaboration with QATest Management, participate in backlog review estimations, Sprint reviews,Sprint Planning, Sprint retrospections, etc.

Perform different types of testing including end to end webtesting, database testing, multi browser testing mobile testing (usingdevelopment tools) accessibility testing and UAT

Coordinate, communicate, disseminate testing timelines,deliveries and all other information to QA manager and project teams.

Have Proven experience within QA and testing, hands-ontesting to manage end-to-end testing projects for different programs.

Responsible for reporting to QA testing team, colleagues,senior management on a regular basis to ensure all relative and criticalinformation is clearly shared to include test strategy, estimations, testplans, test cases, defect reports, test reports (weekly, daily and Sprint Wise)risk register metrics, test summary reports and other key data point asrequired by management

Conduct defect triages to assign severities/priorities,coordinating with QA Test Lead and vendors for delivering defect fixes and takego-no-go decisions.

UAT training and facilitation, participation includingcreation or following test strategy/plans, identifying acceptance criteria incoordination with business teams, defining entry exit criteria identifying testscenarios, training business users

PERFORMANCE TESTING!  Storm Runner and VUGen startingwith the performance SLA identification to scope identification, estimates,creation of performance strategy, test plans and the identification ofperformance metrics and reporting.
