Role:SAP Functional Analyst

Company looking for a SAP FUNCTIONAL ANALYST (LI/C-1218) to join our IT Corporate Development Department.Are you looking for a position that primarily supports SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) benefits module, health care provider file interfaces and benefit enrollment processing?

Performs analysis and design for SAP-based solutions for system enhancements, product support and/or problem resolution.Develops specifications, performs configuration, establishes and executes test plans, prepares documentation, and assists in end-user training to meet required business objectives.
Adheres to general standards to promote a cooperative working environment by utilizing communication skills, interpersonal relationships and team building.
You must be able to work full-time within the United States without sponsorship.

What you need to be successful (minimum qualifications):

• BS/BA degree in Information Systems or related major with four (4) years SAP HCM and systems analysis experience;
• BS/BA degree with five (5) years SAP HCM and systems analysis experience; or, Associates degree in Information Systems with five (5) years SAP HCM and systems analysis experience.
• Experience in planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple projects independently.
• Experience in providing guidance and training to systems development personnel.
• Competent oral and written communication and presentation skills; Effective interpersonal skills.
