Major Duties And Responsibilities:
- Manages and tracks timely delivery of system development and support activities.
- Builds superb understanding of the existing SAP solution and its interaction with other applications.
- Provides leadership and guidance in identifying and developing solutions within SAP toolset.
- Prioritizes work based on deep understanding of business priorities and focuses on the delivery of the right objectives.
- Communicates the status of activities with the team, management and end-users.
- Accountable for configuration and change management of the SAP solution within inventory management and warehouse management modules.
- When needed provides hands on SAP solution guidance to other team members.Adheres to client change management and solution delivery processes.
- Provides level 2 and 3 production supportDomestic and international travel is required (25-35%).
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, Business or related field10 years experience in information technology field5+ years of SAP experience in warehouse management4-6 years experience with the field concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Experience with major software development activitiesDemonstrable experience working effectively within a team structureProven record of high performance in problem solving, collaborating, planning/priority setting, timely decision making, perseverance, and a drive for results.
- Accomplished communication skills encompassing inter-personal communicationRelies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Excellent understanding of SAP solution capabilities that supports warehouse managementHands on knowledge of the SAP warehouse management moduleDeep understanding of SAP technical tools and interface technologies, including the ability to troubleshoot custom programsStrong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Highly proficient and knowledgeable in MS Office applications; Excel, Word, PowerPointFluent with business level English both verbal and writtenStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality of information both verbal and in various systems.
- Ability to travel independently internationallyMust be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.Preferred QualificationsProject Management certificate or Project Management Professional (PMP)SAP configuration experience
