Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent
o Typically 10 to 12+ years relevant experience for entry to this level. Post-graduate and/or certification /license may be required.
o A minimum of 10 years relevant experience with relational and multidimensional database design & implementations, enterprise reporting, data warehouses and analytics implementations.
o Development of high impact and/ or long-range strategic solutions and/or initiatives, including development of broad architectural strategies
o Expert knowledge of data extraction from SAP ERP and SAP CRM sources to operational datamarts and warehouses.
o Implementation experience in one or more of Business Intelligence (BI), OBIEE, OBIA, Exalytics, Exadata / Exalogic, Oracle Database Appliance, business problem analysis is required. Having Exadata / Exalogic implementation is a plus.
o Knowledge of SAP BW is a plus
o Leading or delivering projects bringing OLTP and OLAP data to end users through reporting/dashboards using Hyperion and visualization tools.
o Experience in multiple hardware and software environments (Operating systems, databases, mobile technologies) and be comfortable in heterogeneous systems.
o Expert knowledge of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence design principles having working experience in BI tools such as Hyperion reporting tools, MDM, Essbase, OBIEE+, Spotfire etc.
o Knowledge of Essbase, Hyperion a plus
o Possess strong business acumen and consistently demonstrates forward thinking.
o Achieves and maintains relevant technical competencies and helps to foster an environment of continued growth and learning among colleagues on existing and emerging technologies within BI and analytics platforms.
o Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and able to routinely work with little or no supervision.
o Must be able to effectively and efficiently handle multiple and shifting priorities.
o Must remain calm while working in a high pressure environment with many short deadlines.
o Working knowledge of technical infrastructure, protocols and networks
o Working experience on corporate function applications such as HR, Sabrix, fusion, global trade platforms is a plus
