The Senior Production Manager of Intimates manages the execution and follow-up of manufacturing orders and by ensuring the timely delivery of quality, profitable goods. Strategy & Innovation: Monitor and evaluate performance of individuals and team.Partner with our factory group to achieve global production efficiencies across accounts. Perform competitive research; continuously evaluate marketplace to identify and review applicability of key trends in manufacturing, fabrications and construction; identify significant innovations and share with our factory teams on a regular basis, Develop new strategies to keep us unique in a competitive marketplace. Operations and Results Manage detailed cost matrix and production capacity portfolio; approve and review production standards. Perform negotiations on pricing to ensure profitability; review and approve final buys; ensure tracking of production from first samples to final deliveries; resolve non-compliance/claims chargebacks with all accounts. Partner with Key Accounts and our Product Development Center to develop product, ensure correct execution of products and attain agreed-upon margin goals, in context of larger assortment and cost structure; set and articulate expectations and ensure timely delivery according to seasonal calendars.
