Position Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Denver CO
Duration: 12 months+

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Understanding of contact center technologies, with experience in design and implementation, or operational improvements - with verifiable references.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Work experience designing, developing, and/or implementing contact center technologies, specifically with ACD call routing and IVR self-service. Experience in programming or developing Salesforce solutions, especially with CTI experience. Programming experience with XML, VXML, or SOAP. Hands-on experience with current vendor products is higly desirable.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the client and project teams to gather and understand the functional requirements related to the contact center technologies, and be able to define the technical specifications to deliver this functionality. Develop call flows and IVR self-service functionality, that will integrate and communicate with Salesforce. Perform testing and trouble-shooting of code, configurations, and operations for these contact center technologies.
EXPECTED DELIVERABLES:
Code development, Technical Specifications, Set-up and configuration documentation, call flows, network and telephony topology diagrams, and be able to work with and update work plans and project schedules.
