Role:Manager, IT PMO Location:Southfield, MI Job description Responsible for the following: Continuously understand the project status for the top 20 IT projects in detail; assist each project with unforeseen identifying risks; effectively run the weekly PMO meetings so that valuable information is shared and escalated as needed; manage the IT Gate process ensuring project compliance; manage 1-3 administrative support people who perform PMO record keeping; serve as an early warning to CIO on troubled projects. Working with their Director, develop improved governance processes to more effectively manage the IT project portfolio and deploy to the PM community. This will include revising the Gate process, integrating with an Agile methodology, defining requirements for new supporting technology and defining roles/responsibilities and training materials Working with their Director, develop improved â??Demand Managementâ? governance processes to more effectively make the right investment selections.
